REFUND POLICY

A processing fee of $50 will be charged for cancellations made 14 days or more before the class. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the class, although substitutions may be permitted. Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not attend the class. Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to training@txsecurity.com or call 817-335-3046. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within three working days and fees refunded within 10 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.

Note that circumstances beyond the control of the company may necessitate schedule changes, alterations or cancellations of classes. Therefore, TIS reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised schedules if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on the web site as soon as possible.

Where TIS offers a non-tangible irrevocable service we do not issue refunds once the class is completed.

As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing services at our website. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the services we provide.

THEREFORE, WE DO HONOR REQUESTS FOR REFUND WHERE THE FOLLOWING REASONS APPLY:

  1. Non-delivery of the service: such as, for example, the class was cancelled due to weather;
  2. Service not-as-described: a request based on this reason is satisfied on a case-by-case basis with TIS reserving full discretion to make the determination whether a refund is appropriate.

Requests for a refund are accepted within one week after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you are applying for a refund.

Payment Policy

Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Payments not received two business days before the class may result in no admittance of the person(s) to the class. Payment may be made by check or credit card with the submission of a completed registration form. A processing fee of $25 will be charged for returned checks and the registration will be cancelled automatically until a negotiable instrument (acceptable form of payment such as money order or cashier’s check) is received. Substitutions for registered attendees may be made at any time by contacting us at training@txsecurity.com or calling 817-335-3046.
